At Vacu Vin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wine accessories; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused barware in its original gift box and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
